Expected Borussia Dortmund lineup vs Werder Bremen: First start for Moukoko?

Midfielders: Emre Can, Mahmoud Dahoud
Axel Witsel’s performance on Saturday showed that he desperately needs a rest. So Emre Can could slot into the defensive midfield role. His ability to progress forward with the ball at his feet will be crucial against a defensive team like Bremen.
Jude Bellingham also struggled against Stuttgart, and could do with a bit of rest. Mahmoud Dahoud is the natural option to come into the team in place of Bellingham. Dahoud was in excellent form before being taken out of the team by Lucien Favre last month. Hopefully, Edin Terzic will give him more of a chance.
Julian Brandt is also an option for the number eight role, but the German international is out of form at the moment. Brandt could also be used in a slightly more attacking role if one of the front four is in need of a breather.
