Borussia Dortmund player ratings from 2-0 win over Braunschweig: Jadon Sancho finds the target
By Tushar Bahl
Thomas Delaney (6.5/10)
Delaney did the job that was asked of him and nullified Braunschweig’s attacking threat with his physical presence. The Dane got stuck in, won the majority of his duels and had everything under control in defensive midfield. He wasn’t too involved going forward, but did manage to set up Hummels’ opener, albeit inadvertently.
Jude Bellingham (7/10)
Bellingham could have easily ended the night with two goals to his name. He hit the post after a great touch on the turn in the first half. He then forced a good save from the Braunschweig early in the second half. Just moments later, he set up a fairly decent chance for Brandt, who hit the side-netting.
