Predicted Borussia Dortmund XI vs Augsburg: Hitz in for Bürki

Jadon Sancho has been in fine form since the turn of the year, scoring two goals and assisting four more in the last five games. How he plays will no doubt be crucial to Borussia Dortmund’s chances of beating Augsburg.
The big question going into the game is whether Marco Reus will make the starting XI. The Borussia Dortmund captain hasn’t been at his best in recent games, and Edin Terzic will certainly think about picking one of Gio Reyna and Julian Brandt in his place. If Reus does start, one of Reyna and Brandt will play down the left flank. Brandt has shown glimpses of his quality in the last two games and deserves another chance this weekend.

Erling Haaland will start up top, hungry as ever for goals. The Borussia Dortmund number nine has 37 goals in 37 games since joining the club in January 2020, and will be looking to add to that tally against Augsburg.
