Borussia Dortmund valiantly fought their way back into the win column with an impressive come from behind win at home to FC Augsburg. Following a week of turbulent results, Edin Terzic and his side looked to revert the current situation when it was time to host Heiko Herrlich and Augsburg.

Augsburg started well and took the lead after only 10 minutes of play. Poor defending allowed André Hahn to find the back of the net after some good play by Augsburg. But the Black and Yellows responded well, with Thomas Delaney scoring the equaliser mid-way through the first-half. Jadon Sancho and an Augsburg own goal then helped Dortmund seal the win in the second half.

Here are our Borussia Dortmund Player Ratings from the 3-1 win over Augsburg.

Marwin Hitz (6/10)

Marwin Hitz started in goal in place of the injured Roman Bürki, but did not stand much of a chance to prevent André Hahn’s rocket from going in for Augsburg’s opener. After that it was a quiet afternoon for Hitz as Augsburg rarely ventured forward.
