Emre Can (5.5/10)

Can will feel that he should have been a tad closer to Lewandowski for Bayern’s first goal. He was largely solid after that and won the majority of his duels. The German international was clearly fouled by Sane in the build up to Bayern’s third goal, but the referee allowed play to continue.

Mats Hummels (5.5/10)

Like Can, Hummels also allowed Lewandowski to have way too much space for Bayern’s first goal. But other than that, he had things under control for the majority of the game. He made several vital clearances and tackles for his side. But ultimately, it wasn’t enough as Dortmund conceded twice late on.

Dan-Axel Zagadou (6/10)

Zagadou made his return to the starting XI and delivered a confident performance. He ended up playing Lewandowski onside for Bayern’s first goal, but did do much wrong after that. He also defused several Bayern attacks and made seven clearances before being subbed off in the 69th minute.
