Defense: Mateu Morey, Mats Hummels, Emre Can, Nico Schulz

With Raphael Guerreiro not be fit enough to feature, Nico Schulz should fill in at left-back once again. He has actually been rather solid in his last couple games and with a few more performances like those he could gain some traction for more game time.

On the other side, Mateu Morey has solidified himself as the best option at right-back, with Thomas Meunier failing to impress since his return from injury. The Spaniard will start once again this weekend.

With Dan-Axel Zagadou fit again, this game may have been a good opportunity to give him some game time. Emre Can has done a decent job at centre-back, but has made some really poor decisions in the last couple of games. He starts alongside Mats Hummels, who was excellent against Sevilla.
