The international break is upon us and ten Borussia Dortmund players have been called up to represent their respective national teams. With this being the final international break before this summer’s European Championships, coaches will be looking to use the upcoming fixtures to finalise their squads and get an idea of their best starting XIs for the eagerly awaited tournament.

The group stage of the European U-21 Championships will also take place this month, and two Borussia Dortmund players will take part in the tournament. Here are three BVB players to watch during the upcoming international break.

Youssoufa Moukoko

Youssoufa Moukoko has been named in the Germany U-21s squad for the group stage of the European Championships. If he plays, the highly rated Borussia Dortmund striker will become the youngest player to ever play for the Germany U-21s national team.

The 16 year old has already scored three goals for the Borussia Dortmund senior team since making his debut in December.

With the Germany U-21s playing their three group games over a six day period, Moukoko will certainly get his chance to shine during the Euros. And don’t be surprised if he makes the most of his opportunity and breaks even more records over the next week.
