Borussia Dortmund: Brandt, Meunier see their market values fall; Dahoud, Morey on the rise
Transfermarkt have released their updated market values of the Bundesliga players, and several Borussia Dortmund stars have seen their values change.
The Borussia Dortmund player with the biggest increase in market value is Mateu Morey, who is now worth seven million euros, as per Transfermarkt. The right-back was previously valued at three million euros. Germany international Mahmoud Dahoud also saw his value increase from 8.5 million euros to 11 million euros.
Borussia Dortmund stars Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho remain the two most valuable players in the Bundesliga, with market values of 110 million euros and 100 million euros respectively.
Borussia Dortmund trio Julian Brandt, Thomas Meunier and Roman Bürki see their market values drop
Borussia Dortmund right-back Thomas Meunier saw his market value fall from 12 million euros to just six million euros. The Belgian international has endured a difficult start to his BVB career since joining on a free transfer from Paris St. Germain, and has recently fallen behind Mateu Morey in the pecking order.
The market value of Julian Brandt also fell from 30 million euros to 25 million euros. Since his move to Borussia Dortmund in 2019, the playmaker’s Transfermarkt value has dipped by a massive 50%.
Roman Bürki (4 million euros), Axel Witsel (12 million euros), Dan-Axel Zagadou (18 million euros) and Nico Schulz (7 million euros) also saw their values drop in the new update.

Overall, the Borussia Dortmund squad is now valued by Transfermarkt at 581.45 million euros.
