CONFIRMED Borussia Dortmund lineup for Champions League quarterfinal against Manchester City

Defence: Mateu Morey, Manuel Akanji, Mats Hummels, Raphael Guerreiro

Emre Can played at right-back on Saturday, but Mateu Morey is fit to start against Manchester City. The Barcelona youth academy product had become the first choice right-back before suffering a muscle injury last month. He made the bench against Eintracht Frankfurt, and starts at right-back.

Manuel Akanji made his return to the starting XI against Eintracht Frankfurt, and starts once again tonight. Joining Akanji in central defence will be Mats Hummels, who was Borussia Dortmund’s best player in the defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt.

Raphael Guerreiro played in midfield on Saturday, but returns to his natural left-back role against Manchester City. He will have to be at his best defensively against a strong City side.
