Midfield: Thomas Delaney, Mahmoud Dahoud, Jude Bellingham

Thomas Delaney was surprisingly left out of the starting XI for the game against Manchester City. He makes his return to the team on Saturday in place of Emre Can, who struggled on Tuesday.

Mahmoud Dahoud also keeps place in midfield, having put in a decent performance against Man City. Jude Bellingham was Borussia Dortmund’s best player on Tuesday, and he will be looking to build on that performance this weekend. He will start alongside Mahmoud Dahoud in the dual number eight role.

Edin Terzic might have been tempted to rest one of Dahoud and Bellingham. But again, he has deciding against rotating them.
