Team News

Stuttgart will have to make do without the injured key forwards Nicolas Gonzalez and Silas Wamangituka. Orel Mangala is also out with an injury, as is Clinton Mola.

Jadon Sancho remains out for Borussia Dortmund, along with long-term absentees Youssoufa Moukoko, Dan-Axel Zagadou, Axel Witsel and Marcel Schmelzer. Edin Terzic revealed during his pre-match press conference on Thursday that Ansgar Knauff suffered a knock during the game against Manchester City, but added that he should be in the squad on Saturday.

Terzic might look to make a few changes to the team, with Wednesday’s crunch Champions League quarterfinal second leg against Manchester City in mind. But the importance of this game will also not be lost on him.
