Julian Brandt comes into the team in place of Emre Can, who had a poor game against Manchester City. The German international will be hoping to deliver a strong performance and stake a claim for a regular starting berth.
Jude Bellingham is one of the first names on the Borussia Dortmund team-sheet at the moment. He goes into the game full of confidence, having scored in each of his last two games.
Mahmoud Dahoud should also keep his place in the lineup. The German international has been decent in recent games, and will have an important role to play in breaking down the Werder Bremen defence on Sunday.
