Lukasz Piszczek (6.5/10)

Piszczek came on to replace Mateu Morey at half time. He delivered a solid second half performance, and did not put a foot wrong defensively. The veteran Pole also showed glimpses of his quality going forward, and ended the game with two key passes to his name.

Emre Can (5.5/10)

Can came on to replace Dahoud at the hour mark and helped Borussia Dortmund see the game through in the second half.

Thorgan Hazard (6.5/10)

Hazard showed his quality with an impressive 17 minute cameo. He did really well to beat multiple defenders and create an excellent chance for Gio Reyna, which the USMNT international headed over from close range. He then assisted Borussia Dortmund’s fourth goal for Mats Hummels.

Steffen Tigges (N/R)

Tigges came on for the final three minutes of the game and nearly got himself a goal. But his looping header went just over the bar.
