Jadon Sancho made his return to team training on Monday. But it still remains to be seen whether he will be ready in time to make the bench against Union Berlin. He has been out for more than six weeks now, and Borussia Dortmund will certainly not want to rush his return.
Edin Terzic confirmed during his press conference that Thomas Delaney will miss the game. Emre Can could return to the starting XI in the absence of the Danish midfielder.
Taiwo Awoniyi, Sheraldo Becker, Anthony Ujah and Leon Dajaku look set to miss the game for Union Berlin.
