Midfielders: Emre Can, Mahmoud Dahoud

With Jude Bellingham suspended, Mahmoud Dahoud will make his return to the starting XI after missing last weekend’s game against Holstein Kiel. The German international showed his quality in the game against Wolfsburg two weeks ago. And fans will be hoping that he can make a similar impact against RB Leipzig this weekend.

Joining Dahoud in the middle of the park will be Emre Can. The versatile midfielder has made several high profile errors in recent weeks. But he still retains the trust of head coach Edin Terzic. He will need to be at his very best against RB Leipzig.

Thomas Delaney is once again overlooked despite his encouraging recent performances in the defensive midfield role.
