Euro 2020: When will the Borussia Dortmund players be in action?
Euro 2020 finally gets underway on Friday, and eleven Borussia Dortmund players have been called up by their respective national teams to take part in the tournament. The 24-team tournament will be held in 11 different cities across Europe.
The Euros will get underway on June 11, with the final set to take place on July 11. Here we have an overview of when the Borussia Dortmund players will be action during the group stage of the tournament.
Group A
Switzerland
Manuel Akanji and Gregor Kobel have been called up to the Switzerland squad for the Euros. They will go up against Wales, Italy and Turkey in the group stage of the competition.

20 June (18:00 CET): Switzerland vs Turkey
Group B
Belgium, Denmark
Group B features four Borussia Dortmund players. Axel Witsel, Thorgan Hazard and Thomas Meunier have been named in the Belgium squad, while Thomas Delaney will represent Denmark. Finland and Russia are the other two teams in the group.

England
Borussia Dortmund duo Jadon Sancho and Jude Bellingham have both been called up by England for the European Championships. They will go up against Croatia, Scotland and the Czech Republic in the group stage.

Group F
Portugal, Germany
Raphael Guerreiro is part of the Portugal squad for the Euros, while Mats Hummels and Emre Can are both in the Germany squad. World Cup winners France and Hungary are the other two teams in Group F.

The teams that finish first and second in each group will qualify for the knockout rounds. They will be joined in the round of 16 by the four best third-placed teams.
