The third and final matchday of the Euro 2020 group stage is almost upon us, and the eleven Borussia Dortmund players involved in the tournament will be aiming to seal their place in the round of 16. Here we take a look at what they need to qualify.

The top two sides from each group will progress to the Euro 2020 round of 16. They will be joined by the four best third-place teams from the six groups.

Group A

Italy, Wales, Switzerland, Turkey

Switzerland find themselves in third place in Group A, having earned just one point from their opening two games. Manuel Akanji and Gregor Kobel are due face Turkey in their final group game on Sunday. And they must get the three points to have any chance of making it through to the last 16. Their most realistic hope is to beat Turkey and qualify as one of the best third-placed teams.

Wales currently occupy second place in Group A with four points to their name. They also have a much better goal difference than Switzerland. Italy have already qualified for the round of 16, having won each of their opening two games.

Turkey have lost both their games so far and find themselves at the bottom of Group A. But they could still finish third in the group with a win over Switzerland.
