Group D

Czech Republic, England, Croatia, Scotland

Czech Republic hold the top spot ahead of England going into the final set of fixtures in Group D. The two sides face off on Tuesday, and the winner of that game will finish as the Group D winner. Both teams have four points going into matchday three, but all the Czechs need to finish as Group D winners is a draw against England (thanks to their superior goal difference).

England only need a point to seal their place in the round of 16. And even a loss to the Czech Republic would likely see them finish as one of the four best third-placed teams.

Croatia and Scotland have it all to do going into the final matchday. Both teams have one point each to their name. And the winner of their clash on Tuesday will quite possibly make it through to the knockout phase of the Euros, either in second place or as one of the best third-placed teams. A draw would see both teams go out.
