CONFIRMED Borussia Dortmund lineup for DFB-Pokal tie against SV Wehen Wiesbaden

Forwards: Marco Reus, Erling Haaland, Steffen Tigges

The personnel situation means that Borussia Dortmund will line up in the diamond formation against SV Wehen Wiesbaden. Marco Reus starts in the number eight/ten role, with two strikers in front of him.

Erling Haaland will be one of those strikers. The Norwegian international will be looking to pick up right where he left off last season. He scored 41 goals in just 41 appearances last season, and he will be determined to beat that tally in the upcoming campaign.

Donyell Malen is set to make his Borussia Dortmund debut on Saturday. But he is only ready to start on the bench.

So in the starting XI is Steffen Tigges, who played in all four pre-season games and scored two goals. Tigges has yet to score his first competitive goal for Borussia Dortmund. And he will be looking to find the target this weekend.
