Borussia Dortmund player ratings from 3-1 defeat to Bayern Munich
By Tushar Bahl
Mahmoud Dahoud (7.5/10)
Dahoud was undoubtedly Borussia Dortmund’s best player over the course of the 90 minutes. He made some vital defensive recoveries, won the majority of his duels and also played some gorgeous forward passes. The midfielder showed once again why he is such an important player for the Black and Yellows.
Jude Bellingham (7/10)
Bellingham made a few sloppy passes in the first half, but he also played Marco Reus in on goal with a well-timed through ball. He battled hard for every possession and won the majority of his duels, just like Dahoud. He was full of confidence and showed his usual tenacity in midfield. The 18 year old also assisted Reus’ goal.
Gio Reyna (5/10)
Reyna struggled to get involved in the game in the first half. He got slightly better after the break, but his final touch or pass often let him down. The 18 year old also failed to offer much help defensively.
