Borussia Dortmund face a tough test in the Bundesliga this weekend, as they go up against SC Freiburg at the Dreisamstadion. 

Borussia Dortmund take on SC Freiburg in their first away game of the 2021/22 Bundesliga season this weekend. The Black and Yellows will be looking to get back to winning ways following Tuesday’s defeat to Bayern Munich in the DFL-Supercup.

Marco Rose confirmed on Friday that Mats Hummels, Raphael Guerreiro, Emre Can, Julian Brandt and Thomas Meunier are all returning to team training. But they are not fit enough to play from the start against Freiburg. Hummels, Guerreiro, Can and Brandt have made the trip to Freiburg, while Meunier has not. Thorgan Hazard will also miss the game with an ankle injury.

Here is a look at how Borussia Dortmund will line up for their Bundesliga clash against SC Freiburg on Saturday.

Goalkeeper: Gregor Kobel

Gregor Kobel has made a really good impression in his first three appearances for Borussia Dortmund. The 23 year old will be aiming to continue his good form with a strong display against Freiburg this weekend.
