Defenders: Thomas Meunier, Axel Witsel, Manuel Akanji, Raphael Guerreiro

Borussia Dortmund have made two changes to their back four, with Raphael Guerreiro and Thomas Meunier both back in the starting XI.

Felix Passlack has endured a difficult start to the season. And with Thomas Meunier ready to play from the start, the Belgian international comes into the lineup. Meunier makes his first appearance of the season. And he will be aiming to get off to a good start.

Mats Hummels made his return off the bench last weekend, but he will miss Friday’s game. And with Emre Can also absent, Axel Witsel will partner Manuel Akanji at centre-back.

Manuel Akanji has largely been rock-solid so far. And he faces another tough test on Friday against the dangerous Andrej Kramarić. Starting at left-back will likely be Raphael Guerreiro. He replaces the injured Nico Schulz.
