Mahmoud Dahoud (6/10)

Dahoud worked hard in midfield and kept things tight on the defensive end. He also played some neat forward passes. But he was one of the players who lost sight of Dabbur, allowing the Hoffenheim forward to make it 2-2 in the 90th minute.

Jude Bellingham (7.5/10)

Bellingham put in another committed shift in midfield for Borussia Dortmund, making vital contributions on both ends of the pitch. He assisted Gio Reyna’s opener before finding the back of the net with a fantastic strike in the 69th minute. He was then subbed off soon after with an injury.

Gio Reyna (7/10)

Reyna had an early chance to give Borussia Dortmund the lead, but failed to test the goalkeeper. But he wasn’t to be denied in the 49th minute, as he found the bottom corner with a gorgeous strike from the edge of the box. He looked full of energy and made some really good runs, even though his decision making in the final third wasn’t always the best.
