Julian Brandt (5/10)

Brandt showed a few small glimpses of his quality after replacing Gio Reyna. He delivered some decent crosses and nearly got an assist, but he also showed that he is not back to full fitness just yet.

Marius Wolf (6/10)

Wolf put in an encouraging cameo performance after replacing the injured Jude Bellingham. He created a couple of good chances for his teammates and showed that he may not be a bad option to have in the squad this season.

Youssoufa Moukoko (N/R)

Moukoko came on to replace Donyell Malen for the final six minutes plus stoppage time.
