Axel Witsel (5/10)

Witsel was brought on at half time to tighten things up in midfield. And while he did partly succeed, Besiktas were still able to find plenty of space in midfield. He also should have done a better job of getting closer to Montero before his late goal from a set-piece.

Marius Wolf (6/10)

Wolf came on to replace Jude Bellingham in the second half. He played in an excellent cross for Ansgar Knauff in stoppage time, but the winger was denied by the woodwork.

Youssoufa Moukoko (6.5/10)

Moukoko showed great intent after coming on for Donyell Malen. He helped set up a good chance for Erling Haaland and then also hit the side netting late in the game.

Marin Pongracic (6/10)

Pongracic replaced Hummels and did a fairly solid job defensively to help see out the game.
