Axel Witsel (5.5/10)

Witsel had a fairly solid game up until the 57th minute, when he gave away a penalty with a clumsy challenge inside the box. He helped out the back four really well and wasn’t afraid of getting into duels. He also made several vital clearances and recoveries for his side. But the penalty giveaway put somewhat of a damper on his otherwise strong performance.

Mahmoud Dahoud (6/10)

Dahoud put in another hardworking shift for the team. He was aggressive, pressed high up the pitch and switched the play really well at times. He was also involved in the build-up to the opening two goals. But he started to tire in the second half and was replaced by Thorgan Hazard with seven minutes to go.

Jude Bellingham (6/10)

Bellingham was solid once again and helped set up the third goal for Borussia Dortmund. Even though he didn’t get on the scoresheet this time, Bellingham delivered another committed performance and worked really hard for the team. He also started to tire as the game went on but helped his side get the job done in the end.
