Wing-Backs and Midfielders: Thomas Meunier, Axel Witsel, Mahmoud Dahoud, Jude Bellingham, Raphael Guerriero

Thomas Meunier and Raphael Guerreiro have both started this season in good form. And they will be aiming to continue that on Saturday. Meunier has registered assists in each of the last three games. While Guerreiro has found the back of the net in each of the last two league matches.

The lack of alternative options mean that Borussia Dortmund are going with a back three formation, but the midfield trio remains the same.

Axel Witsel will play in his favoured number six role. He did a fairly decent job for the majority of the game against Union Berlin. He will have to be alert at all times on Saturday, with Gladbach captain and number ten Lars Stindl in fine form going into the game.

Mahmoud Dahoud and Jude Bellingham will start in the dual number eight role in the 3-5-2 formation. Both Dahoud and Bellingham have started the season really well. And Dahoud will especially be keen to deliver a good performance against his former club after being sent off in the previous meeting between the two sides.
