Team News

Borussia Dortmund will be sweating on the fitness of Erling Haaland and Marco Reus ahead of the game. Marco Rose listed the key attacking duo as doubts during his pre-match press conference. While Reus trained on Monday, Haaland did not. So the latter will likely miss the game on Tuesday.

Julian Brandt and Emre Can could return to the bench after recovering from their injuries. Dan-Axel Zagadou also took part in training on Monday. But Gio Reyna remains out for now.

Sporting CP will have to make do without key forward Pedro Goncalves and young defender Gonçalo Inácio on Tuesday.

Borussia Dortmund: Kobel – Meunier, Hummels, Akanji, Guerreiro – Witsel, Dahoud, Bellingham – Hazard, Knauff, Malen

Sporting CP: Adan – Neto, Coates, Feddal – Porro, Palhinha, Nunes, Vinagre – Sarabia, Santos – Paulinho
