Marius Wolf (6/10)

Wolf did a fairly decent job on his first Borussia Dortmund start in more than two years. He worked hard for the team and helped set up the winning goal. He also filled in at right-back before being forced off due to an injury.

Marco Reus (6/10)

Reus should have had a goal to go along with his assist for Julian Brandt’s winner. The Borussia Dortmund captain missed two good opportunities to add to his side’s lead in the second half. But he was a constant threat with his movement and covered more distance than any other BVB player.

Donyell Malen (6.5/10)

Malen caused Augsburg a few problems with his pace and movement and also won the penalty for his side in the first half. The Netherlands international also held the ball up well, worked hard for the team and played some very clever passes. He wasn’t able to get a goal, but it was still a confident performance from Malen.
