Sergio Gómez – RSC Anderlecht

Sergio Gómez has enjoyed a fine start to life in Belgium and is excelling at Anderlecht after being transformed into a left-back. The 21 year old has featured in all 14 of Anderlecht’s games so far this season. And his performances in the Belgian Pro League have especially been impressive.

The former Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona player has one goal and six assists to his name so far this season. He has been causing opposition defences a lot of problems with his runs down the left flank. And he will only get better as he gets more and more accustomed to his new role.

Jeremy Toljan – US Sassuolo

Jeremy Toljan completed a permanent move to Italian side US Sassuolo in the summer. He has made four appearances for them so far this season. He hasn’t been used in the last three games, but will be aiming to get more playing time after the international break.
