Jude Bellingham: “It’s a privilege to play for such a big club”
Jude Bellingham has said that he feels privileged to play for a big club like Borussia Dortmund every time he puts on the club’s shirt.
Jude Bellingham has been lighting up the Signal Iduna Park with his stunning performances all year long. Saturday saw him play in front of 60,000+ fans for the first time in his Borussia Dortmund career, and he played a key role in helping his team earn a 3-1 win over Mainz.
Bellingham praised the Borussia Dortmund supporters after the win over Mainz and said that he wants to give it his all for them in every game.
"“Every time I put on the shirt, I feel like it’s a privilege to play for such a big club,” Bellingham said in an interview with the Bundesliga. “But with the fans, you see that times 100 and you just want to give everything to make sure you’re on the winning team.”"

Bellingham also spoke about the fact that he has started every single one of Borussia Dortmund’s 12 games so far this season. The 18 year old has started the season in excellent form despite missing the entire pre-season after helping England reach the Euro 2020 final in the summer. And he said on Saturday that he will keep playing for the team until he can no longer run.
"“I’d play every single day, if I have to, for this team. Until I can’t run, I’ll keep playing so whenever that might be I’ll get a rest. We have a really good team, we have a really talented squad. Whoever goes out injured, we know we have players who can come in seamlessly and help the team.”"
Bellingham is set to start once again on Tuesday as Borussia Dortmund go up against AFC Ajax in the UEFA Champions League. The England international is expecting a tough game against the Dutch giants, who have made an impressive start to their Champions League campaign.
