Team News

Borussia Dortmund’s injury situation is improving slightly, with Youssoufa Moukoko closing in on his return. He could be on the bench this weekend. Donyell Malen and Gregor Kobel are both expected to return to the starting XI.

But Emre Can has suffered a muscle injury and will be out until the international break. Erling Haaland, Raphael Guerreiro, Gio Reyna, Mahmoud Dahoud and Nico Schulz will also miss this weekend’s game with their respective injuries. While Dan-Axel Zagadou will play for the U-23s this weekend as he looks to get back to full fitness.

Köln will be without key midfielder Ellyes Skhiri, as well as Jannes Horn. Rafael Czichos is a doubt going into the game.
