Borussia Dortmund host FC Köln in the Bundesliga this weekend as they look to keep pace with league leaders Bayern Munich.
Borussia Dortmund take on FC Köln this weekend aiming to continue their excellent run of form in the Bundesliga. The Black and Yellows have won six of their last seven games in the league. But Köln have also made a strong start to the season and could prove to be a tricky opponent for Dortmund on Saturday.
Marco Rose revealed during his press conference that Emre Can has suffered a muscle injury and will be out until the international break. Mahmoud Dahoud, Erling Haaland, Gio Reyna, Nico Schulz and Raphael Guerreiro are also sidelined with injuries. But Donyell Malen and Youssoufa Moukoko are back in the squad.
Here we take a look at how Borussia Dortmund will line up for their Bundesliga clash against FC Köln this weekend.
Goalkeeper: Gregor Kobel
Gregor Kobel missed Tuesday’s DFB-Pokal tie against Ingolstadt with an injury, but he is back in the team for the Köln game. The Swiss shot stopper has been one of the team’s best performers since joining from Stuttgart in the summer.
