Borussia Dortmund reportedly interested in signing Hakim Ziyech on loan

Chelsea attacking midfielder Hakim Ziyech is said to be attracting the interest of Borussia Dortmund, who are keen on bolstering their attack in the January transfer window.
The winter transfer window is still a month and a half away but the rumours are already in full swing. Borussia Dortmund are reportedly keen on signing a new winger in January. And one player who could be a target is Chelsea’s Hakimi Ziyech. The attacking midfielder is reportedly looking to leave Chelsea, and BILD claim that the Black and Yellows have identified him as a potential candidate for a loan move.
Ziyech has found playing time hard to come by at Chelsea under Thomas Tuchel. He has been limited to just ten appearances across all competitions so far this season, and has scored two goals.
Borussia Dortmund were interested in signing a new winger on loan towards the end of the summer transfer window as well. Ziyech’s Chelsea teammate Callum Hudson-Odoi was linked with a loan move to the Westfalenstadion then. But Tuchel refused to part ways with the young winger.

It remains to be seen if there is any truth to the Ziyech rumour at the moment. But the former Ajax man could certainly be an interesting option for Borussia Dortmund, who have struggled to create chances and score goals in recent games. He can play in the number ten role and also on the wing. And he is certainly capable of being the impact player that Dortmund need in their squad.
