Borussia Dortmund will be looking to cement their place in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 on Wednesday as they take on Sporting CP.

A make or break game awaits Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday evening as they square off against Portuguese champions Sporting CP. The Black and Yellows need a win to seal their place in the round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League. But a defeat would all but spell curtains for their Champions League campaign.

Borussia Dortmund received a big blow ahead of the game, as Thorgan Hazard tested positive for COVID-19. The Belgian winger is now in quarantine and will miss Wednesday’s game. Also sidelined for the Black and Yellows are Erling Haaland, Gio Reyna, Marius Wolf and the suspended Mats Hummels.

Here is a look at how Borussia Dortmund will line up for their crunch UEFA Champions League clash against Sporting CP.

Goalkeeper: Gregor Kobel

Gregor Kobel will start again in goal looking to continue his excellent run of form. The Swiss shot stopper made a stunning save in the game against Stuttgart on Saturday to help his side claim the three points.
