Borussia Dortmund go up against Besiktas in the final game of their 2021/22 UEFA Champions League campaign on Tuesday.

Borussia Dortmund’s journey in this season’s UEFA Champions League comes to an end on Tuesday evening as they take on Besiktas at the Signal Iduna Park. The Black and Yellows have already been eliminated from the competition and will be playing in the UEFA Europa League after the turn of the year.

With Besiktas guaranteed to finish fourth in the group, there isn’t much riding on this game. But Borussia Dortmund will still want to get the three points to generate some momentum following Saturday’s defeat to Bayern Munich. Marco Rose could also look to use this game to give some of his fringe players a chance to play from the start.

Here is a look at how Borussia Dortmund could line up against Besiktas on Tuesday.

Goalkeeper: Marwin Hitz

Gregor Kobel has started in all but one of Borussia Dortmund’s games across all competitions so far this season. And Marco Rose may look to give him some rest on Tuesday. Marwin Hitz could come into the starting XI if his compatriot gets rested.
