Borussia Dortmund player ratings from 1-1 draw vs VfL Bochum
By Tushar Bahl
Emre Can (6/10)
Can did the job that was asked of him. He got stuck in and broke up a few Bochum counter attacks. He did not offer much help in the attacking play though, going for the safer option more often than not with his passes.
Mahmoud Dahoud (6/10)
Dahoud was always looking to venture forward and set up some good chances for his teammates. He looked lively and brought the ball forward well on a number of occasions. But he did start to tire as the game wore on and was replaced by Julian Brandt in the second half.
Jude Bellingham (7/10)
Bellingham had Borussia Dortmund’s biggest chance in the first half and should have made it 1-0. He then did really well to set up a good chance for Haaland ten minutes later. The England international was unlucky to be caught in an offside position for Wolf’s disallowed goal in the second half. He continued to drive Dortmund’s attacking play up until the very end.
