The pressure is on Borussia Dortmund heading into their final two games of 2021. Having failed to win their last two games in the Bundesliga, the Black and Yellows find themselves six points behind title rivals Bayern Munich.
Anything other than a win against bottom of the table Greuther Fürth on Wednesday would spell disaster for Marco Rose’s side. But if the Bochum clash is anything to go by, Borussia Dortmund cannot afford to take Fürth lightly.
Raphael Guerreiro is unlikely to be fit in time for Wednesday’s clash, while Donyell Malen is a doubt. Manuel Akanji, Gio Reyna and Youssoufa Moukoko remain out for now.
