Forwards: Thorgan Hazard, Marco Reus, Erling Haaland

Erling Haaland opened his account for 2022 by scoring a brace against SC Freiburg on Friday. But it was his post-match interview that caused a bigger storm. He will now be looking to do his talking on the pitch on Tuesday. A goal or two from the Norwegian international on Tuesday would do both the player and the team a lot of good.

Marco Reus had a rather quiet evening against Freiburg despite Borussia Dortmund’s dominant win. The Borussia Dortmund captain has no goals or assists in his last five games. And he will want to change that on Tuesday.

Donyell Malen has been fairly decent in the last two games. But Marco Rose may look to use this game to give Thorgan Hazard a chance in the starting XI. So one of Malen and Reus could drop to the bench to make way for the Belgian international.
