Forwards: Julian Brandt, Marco Reus, Donyell Malen

With Erling Haaland still sidelined, it will be interesting to see if Marco Rose decides to make any changes to his front three. Donyell Malen started up front against Union Berlin and will likely lead the line once again on Thursday.

Marco Reus showed his quality by scoring a brace in the win over Union Berlin on Sunday. And he will want to build on that by leading his side to victory against Rangers. The Borussia Dortmund captain will once again have a key role to play, and he will be looking to dictate play from his number ten role.

Julian Brandt is likely to keep his place in the starting XI, but Thorgan Hazard could also be an option for the starting XI once again after being dropped from the squad for the game against Union Berlin.

Gio Reyna and Youssoufa Moukoko will also be looking to play from the start, but the likelihood is that they will be on the bench.
