Manuel Akanji (3/10)

Akanji had a torrid time at right-back and never looked comfortable against Ryan Kent. He was beaten way too easily on a number of occasions. And to make matters worse for Dortmund, he suffered an injury in the second half.

Mats Hummels (3/10)

Hummels did not have the best of games either and failed to organise the defence as well as he would have liked. He will feel that he should have done a better job of closing down Lundstram before Rangers’ third goal. What was also disappointing was the fact that he lost the ball 16 times.

Dan-Axel Zagadou (2/10)

Zagadou had a really poor game on both ends of the pitch. He missed a golden opportunity to give Dortmund the lead, and then clumsily gave away a penalty in the first half. His evening did not get any better after the break, as he scored an own goal to make it 4-1 in Rangers’ favour.

Raphael Guerreiro (5/10)

Guerreiro did well to set up Bellingham’s goal, and then scored a stunning goal himself late on. He also filled in at right-back after Manuel Akanji’s injury in the second half. He was asked to do a lot of defending, and did not always look comfortable.
