Thorgan Hazard (6/10)

Hazard put in a tireless shift on his return to the starting XI. Playing at right wing-back, the Belgian international made a number of decent forward runs. He also did a solid job defensively before being replaced by Marius Wolf.

Mahmoud Dahoud (7/10)

Dahoud showed his defensive quality with a strong performance in midfield. He did all the dirty work for his side, and led the way by winning an impressive eight tackles. He brought a lot of stability to the Dortmund midfield with his energy in his duels and his determination to prevent his former club from scoring.

Jude Bellingham (6/10)

Playing in a much deeper role, Bellingham put in a hard working shift for his side. His actions went under the radar, but he did a fairly solid job defensively.

Raphael Guerreiro (6.5/10)

Guerreiro made full use of the added freedom that playing at wing-back brings. He pushed forward whenever he got the chance and was involved in setting up the opening goal.
