It was a heartbreaking return to the starting XI for Gio Reyna, who had to go off just 27 minutes into the game. Hopefully, his injury is not too serious and we will see him back on the pitch before long.

Marco Reus (10/10)

Marco Reus put in a perfect performance to lead Borussia Dortmund to victory. The BVB captain played with great hunger and determination, and set the tone for his side. He scored two goals and set up three more. And he showed his selflessness late on, when he let Emre Can take the penalty even though he had the chance to complete a double hat-trick.

Donyell Malen (8/10)

Malen showed his quality in the first half. He did really well to help set up the opening goal, and then showed great composure to squeeze home the second after being played through on goal.
