Mahmoud Dahoud (4/10)

Just like last week, Dahoud failed to gain a foothold in midfield. He was overrun by the Rangers midfielders, which led to several uncharacteristic ball losses. He worked hard and also played some intelligent passes. But it simply wasn’t enough to cause any problems to Rangers.

Jude Bellingham (7/10)

Bellingham almost single-handedly willed Borussia Dortmund back into the game. He hit the post early on, then scored the equaliser on the night, before assisting Donyell Malen’s goal. But in the end, the task was too much even for him. And he ran out of steam towards the end.

Julian Brandt (2/10)

Brandt gave away a penalty which allowed Rangers to extend their lead on aggregate. It was a poor and unnecessary foul from the playmaker, and it ended up really hurting the team in the end. He also lost the ball 21 times before being substituted in the second half.
