Borussia Dortmund are planning to overhaul their squad in the summer transfer window. And we could see a number of big names leave the club at the end of the current season.

The current campaign has certainly not gone according to plan for Borussia Dortmund, and squad planning is in full swing ahead of next season. Incoming sporting director Sebastian Kehl is likely to make some big changes to the squad in the summer, and a host of first-team regulars could be sold as a result.

Here we take a look at five Borussia Dortmund players who could be on their way out in the summer.

Erling Haaland

The future of Erling Haaland looks increasingly likely to lie away from Borussia Dortmund. It was reported earlier this month that the Black and Yellows are preparing for Haaland’s exit, with Manchester City and Real Madrid leading the race for his signature.

Haaland has not yet made a decision on where he will play next season, but the likelihood is that his future will be resolved soon.

Borussia Dortmund have drawn up a list of potential targets to replace Haaland, should the Norwegian international decide to leave. And it will be interesting to see who they target in the summer.
