Erling Haaland has now gone four games without a goal for Borussia Dortmund since his return from injury. The 21 year old’s lack of goals in recent games is a big concern. And it has also somewhat blunted the BVB attack. Haaland will be aiming to finally end his drought on Friday.
Marco Reus will also be looking to find some form on Friday. The Borussia Dortmund captain missed a big chance against Leipzig, and he will want to deliver a much improved performance against Stuttgart.
Thorgan Hazard and Marius Wolf both failed to make an impact against Leipzig. But with Donyell Malen not making the trip to Stuttgart, we could see one of them play from the start. Jamie Bynoe-Gittens has traveled to Stuttgart and could be on the bench on Friday.
