Erling Haaland has been struggling for goals of late, and hasn’t found the back of the net in his last five appearances for Borussia Dortmund. But the Norwegian international delivered a much improved performance against Stuttgart. And considering the fact that he is still dealing with the after effects of his latest injury, it is no surprise that he is not at 100% yet.
Marco Reus is closing in on Michael Zorc’s all-time scoring record, and he will be aiming to get there before the end of the season. The Borussia Dortmund captain is five goals shy of the legendary midfielder’s tally.
With Donyell Malen out injured, Thorgan Hazard is the likeliest candidate to start alongside Haaland and Reus in the front three.
