Marco Reus (6/10)

Reus was heavily involved in Dortmund’s attacking play, but was often let down by his poor final pass/shot. He finally managed to show his world class quality in the 77th minute with a sublime pass to find Felix Passlack for Dortmund’s third goal.

Julian Brandt (8/10)

Brandt put in a strong performance and scored a match-winning brace to take his tally for the season to nine goals. The playmaker has been criticised a fair bit this season, but his tally of nine goals and ten assists certainly doesn’t make for a bad reading.

Erling Haaland (5.5/10)

Haaland had a few encouraging moments and looked dangerous at times. But he also failed to make the most of his chances despite getting into some really good positions. He did help set up the opening goal with a well weighted pass to Guerreiro.

Nico Schulz (6/10)

Schulz played a promising cameo after coming on to replace Raphael Guerreiro. He made a couple of really good runs and also set up Brandt’s second goal.

Felix Passlack (6/10)

Passlack secured the win for Borussia Dortmund with his deflected goal. It wasn’t the best of finishes, but the goal certainly proved to be crucial.

Moukoko came on late in the game and had a great opportunity to make it 4-1. But he failed to make the most of it.
