By Tushar Bahl
Borussia Dortmund take on the relegation threatened Hertha Berlin at home in their final game of the 2021/22 season.
Borussia Dortmund go up against Hertha Berlin this weekend on matchday 34 of the 2021/22 Bundesliga season. The Black and Yellows do not have much left to play for, but it will no doubt be a special occasion at the Westfalenstadion with club legends Michael Zorc and Marcel Schmelzer among those who will bid farewell to the BVB supporters on Saturday.
Marco Rose revealed during his pre-match press conference that Thomas Meunier and Gregor Kobel could potentially return to the squad this weekend. But other than that, Borussia Dortmund’s injury situation remains unchanged.
The likes of Axel Witsel, Erling Haaland and Dan-Axel Zagadou will be playing their final game in BVB colours on Saturday. Here is a look at how Borussia Dortmund could line up for their Bundesliga clash against Hertha Berlin.
Goalkeeper: Marwin Hitz
Marwin Hitz is expected to start in goal for what could well be his final game for Borussia Dortmund. Third-choice goalkeeper Roman Bürki will also be hoping to get a few minutes on the pitch ahead of his summer move to the MLS.
