Emre Can (4/10)

Can made a number of sloppy passes and avoidable errors in the first half as he struggled to get into the game. He was then taken off at half time, with Marco Rose switching to a back four.

Manuel Akanji (6/10)

Akanji did a fairly solid job of leading the Borussia Dortmund defence in what was probably his last game for the club. He also played some neat forward passes over the course of the game.

Dan-Axel Zagadou (4/10)

Zagadou had a difficult afternoon on his farewell appearance for Borussia Dortmund. He often struggled in one on one situations, and also gave away a penalty in the first half (even though it was a rather harsh call from the referee). Zagadou’s afternoon had a very unfortunate end, as he was forced to come off with ten minutes to go after picking up a hamstring injury.
